Our Story 

Hermitage Kitchen Gallery, formerly a division of Hermitage Lighting Gallery, has been known synonymous with luxury in the Nashville area since 1944. In January of 2023, HKG was purchased by longtime Designer Terri Sears, and her sister, Trisha Galbreath.

Terri has over 20 years of experience designing kitchens and bathrooms and now serves as the Co-Owner and Principal Designer of the newly independent firm. Joining her sister in the endeavor, Trisha brings over 30 years of financial acumen and serves as the Co-Owner and CFO.

Together, they are leading HKG into an exciting new chapter, while continuing an almost hundred year tradition of integrity and quality service. At HKG not only do you work with an experienced Designer to lead your project, you also get a seasoned team of professionals behind them to make every part of the process as seamless as possible.

With over 150 years of combined Construction and Design experience, the award-winning team is proud to be a part of the new direction headed by Terri and Trisha. “Our mission is to build upon the legacy of exceptional design and customer satisfaction that the company is known for and Terri has helped to build over the last 10 years as Principal Designer,” says Trisha.

HKG’s brand new state-of-the-art showroom is located in Wedgewood-Houston, which is the heart of the vibrant Nashville Design District.
